Serenity comprises 5 buildings and 16 spacious luxury suites with private balconies. All bedrooms are fully air conditioned with ceiling fans.

Taxi service can be arranged through our office at a reduced cost.

All our units are equipped with a full size washer and dryer, free high speed internet, free cable TV, free cooking gas, free water supply. We offer 24-hour free maintenance as well as spacious and convenient parking if required.

For peace of mind, we offer a 24-hour surveillance system with periodical nightly security patrol.

There’s a backup generator that automatically starts within 5 seconds in the event of an electric outage. Tenants are responsible for the cost of their own electricity consumption. All units are individually metered.
