Dining here adds a sense of history to the occasion as guests sit down in what is believed to be the oldest wooden structure in the Caribbean.

Using local ingredients along with herbs and spices grown in the garden, the food is proudly home-cooked in a traditional wood burning oven. Wednesday nights are special as they normally feature a Pig Roast.
